Otis guessed it. Pig turned out great. As did everything else. But the festivities coupled with the 5am starting time caused me to forget to take finished product pics. And the weird thing is, I thought I did. Oh, well.

Yea it's a fire brick interior and a brick exterior. No plate in between the two though. Anchored angle iron frame for the grates/ hood. It was built by folks from my company back in 70's and kinda resuscitated by me back around 2000. It's a cooking sumbitch. What I am using is just half of it. There is another side that's identical.
