re: Lunch thread: now 4 more hours!

So glad I'm a guy and grew up in the country where I could work for farmers making good money and not doing the typical high school jobs(fast food, stocking shelves, etc)

Worked at a golf course and delivered pizzas. It really wasn't terrible. The pizzas was right after Katrina and no one felt like cooking. I made bank for 3 months there.

We'll see. We're going to try out both. Both are the same distance so that's not an issue. I went to the one in NO once, but only get get a quick bottle of water.

I drove a tractor and combine....also rode around checking water and drinking beer

My job at the library was awesome though. Easy HS job and paid a lot more than Winn Dixie. We even got paid vacation hours with that job.

Does Winn Dixie still advertise as the beef people? Because their meat is garbage. But it's the place to go for dry goods around here. I'd go broke buying mac'n'cheese and apple juice at Calandro's.

Didn't know you were that "old". I was there in the early 00's. Nothing to complain about really. Money was money and it was close to home.
