Yeah, just pants instead of the shorts.

It's much, much gayer to spell out "ghey" than wear compression pants while exercising.

why not just run naked

Are you going to actually work out in them, or put them on afterwards for recovery?

That bro skips way too many leg days.

What kind of workout?

I'd probably wear it mostly on days when I'll be doing a lot of running. I've been having shin splint problems and wearing shin sleeves have helped in that regard. I've heard a lot of people say the compression pants help out a lot with recovery so I've been thinking about trying them out.

Lots of mixed research out there. I wear them for recovery. Either at night or after really hard workouts. 2XU & Skins have been around for a while. I went the cheaper route and bought diabetic grade compression stockings. I found with the tights that they would make me get up to pee too many times in the night due to the waistband. The stockings cover each individual leg up to my thighs. Research, I have read, suggests 20-30mmHg of compression.

BCG because they are cheap.
I used to do Nike but they don't hold up
ETA: I wear the shorts under my normal shorts

I wear them to work out too.
Adidas makes a two pack that I get from Academy for $20. They're pretty nice.

Sometimes I get this knot on the side of my leg kinda on the side of the shin... not far up from my ankle. I'm not sure if that's shin splints or what?
I've found that running in Vibrams or barefoot helps keep the knot away.
