I wear compression shorts for work everyday.
Nike are thinner and lighter than under armor but the waist bands give out after a year of me wearing them.
The under armor bands are over two years old and still solid though the legs are getting looser.
They can be expensive to start up hut worth every penny not to be chapped from sweat and your legs.

I don't know what you'r describing. I don't wear Vibrams because I need ankle support. I started wearing stability shoes which have really helped with a lot of pain I was dealing with.

Me either... I've tried searching Google but I haven't found anything like I'm describing. It's a visible knot and it hurts pretty bad. I used KT Tape on a longer run when it first started happening and that helped... since I've found that the Vibrams/barefoot thing helps.
It started happening right after I bought some Mizuno shoes... went to a running store and had them fit me and all that good shite. After they started bothering me I went back to my old shoes and still had the same problem.
Do I have AIDS?
