I prefer Ninfas on Navigation over El Tiempo, but seem to be in the minority on this board. El Tiempo is getting a pretty chain-y feel and think the quality has started to go downhill.

I have not experienced this at all. Only been to the original Ninfas once and I was unimpressed. I'm willing to try it again, but I just keep going to El Tiempo instead.

As for Irma's, theres a difference between Irma's and Irma's Southwest Grill. Both owned by the same family. If you are going to go to one, go to the original, but they are both very overpriced and not generally impressive. The decor at Irma's is worth a trip at least once though.
