My 944S2 finally started appreciating. It still isn't worth a lot but it's nice to know that when it goes into the shop for repairs I'm not throwing money into a depreciating asset anymore.
Such underrated cars...

Several mentions of 70's 80's 911's in this post. In many ways I think the short hoods have started going beyond collectible and reaching un-reachable for the average Joe. A few years ago you could get a 911SC for $12K that was in good shape. Now a $12K 911 has major issues. The good ones can be $30K or higher. M491's can reach $60K or better. 930's are that and better. 993's are skyrocketing. The most underrated and current value is the 964 which I personally think may be the best looking of the bunch. Combines classic 911 with some hints of the latter 993. The one 964 that's held value is the Turbo and Turbo S (and even rarer flachbau). I'm just hoping that when the kids get out of college the 964 hasn't been discovered by the collectors yet.

Great looking car, ELLSSUU. Been a while. Hope you're doing well.
I sold the Cayenne and picked up an Audi SQ5. Love it.
