Edit: buddy tried talking me into a $360 one. I said I can buy 5 of these before I spend that much. If it lasts for 2 years in happy.
Yea...with the price of these off brand lights you will never convince me it's worth buying a Rigid industries light, at least not for anything I'll use it for.

Ok I got the 72watt spot/flood one. It's double the size of yours.

Should work great. The runs I've made frogging with this setup have been the best I've made at night back where I run around at, no doubt. Before I always had to hold a spotlight and drive or have someone else hold one or both, and couldn't see half as well as what I can with this thing.

Would those light bars work for bowfishing? Put on the yellow film, point it down, ???, profit

Probably work well.
You can get the little square ones and put several on a frame pointed in different directions.

Thanks man. I am definitely going to rig my boat with one on the middle and two matching 18 watts on the side. I would like to put them on my rail since I have a big whaler rail that would keep them out of saltwater.

This is what we're doing. Problem with light bars is most of them are spotlights. Need a more diffuse beam for bowfishing. The spotlight on the bow I think is 60 degree. The 27w smaller lights for bowfishing are 120 degree. And there's 10 of them, so it should be easier to manipulate them individually to get best light pattern
