LP is trashy only because they have so much trash on the sides of the parish roads. Like people use those ditches as waste sites and no one cares to clean it up.

If you need proof of what is the capital of white trash, just visit their annual parish fair/festival. We have one in October and it amazes me where some of these people come from. So too answer the OP question, its definitly Zwolle. Check out the Tamale Festival.
