What are they building where they are planting all those posts? Seems like a larger building with that much need for support. Any good insight would be appreciated.

I hope all those posts get watered.

Alright, you've been ridiculed enough...
Magellan is a GPS device. Since you don't know your roads around, he was using the phrase in a sarcastic manner. It's in homage to the explorer who was the first to circumnavigate the earth.
And they aren't planting posts, they are driving pilings into the ground. The area sits within the natural floodplain of the MSR and you've got to secure the foundation to more than just soft sand/clay.

I wonder if they take that much care with all the houses being built in the new development, Swamp of Harveston?

They are driving piles for a new RaceTrac gas station.
Harveston they are using post tension slabs in lieu of driving piles as most of the houses in that area although the soil is better actually from there to Nicholson. Just off Burbank it is very soft. Wal Mart built a pad a long time ago when they knew they were eventually building on the site across the street and put it in in lifts and let it settle for a couple years. The area across from it has been built up over the last ten years. I've seen that whole area under 6-8 feet of water before.
