For the love of god don’t fry lemonfish, break out the grill, cut fish into 1” thick steaks or pieces, apply Italian dressing w/ some tonys and don’t over cook (meat should flake). You can also use a light teriyaki sauce instead of Italian dressing. If you want it plain use olive oil and tonys. You can squeeze a little bit of lemon, lime or orange juice on the fish. Can be done baked as well or on a boat I have done this in the microwave. Good stuff

Lawd.
I like to cook it as a roast on the green egg. About a three pound roast, slow, turn often, season and squeeze lemons as you go. Let rest a bit then carve it like thick slices of roast beef.
