I own about 15 lots currently and they really are hardly worth $100/ea, the neighborhood is so undesirable for rentals, the theft and crime is terrible, cops won't do anything etc. Only option in my opinion is to do some HUD backed developments or grant funded housing developments. I have been building 20-30 duplexes per year in the area for the govt for the last few years and it's a joke no one wants to be there, no stores, restaurants etc. Other option is Lots of doves, possibility to have a great dove shoot area, maybe charge guys from new Orleans are $150/ gun to come down and shoot

If I were you, I'd make them contiguous and have my own fiefdom. Make my own laws, do some Escape from NY kind of shite
