I wouldn't rate it quite that high but objectively I have no problem with that rating. For instance I would rate the following all higher than the Count of Monte Cristo:
69. Inception (2010)
70. The Princess Bride (1987)
71. Memento (1999)
80. Unforgiven (1992)
81. Apollo 13 (1995)
83. Se7en (1997)
84. Ben-Hur (1959)
85. Wizard of Oz (1939)
88. Sting, The (1973)
90. Once Upon a Time in America (1981)
92. Rear Window (1954)
93. North by Northwest (1959)

and honestly the list goes on but much of any personal rating boils down to personal taste/preference.
