Yeah it's 365 days. They will really be screwing with the browns if they give him a full year this late.

The NFL has been slow. They're also holding off on Aldon Smith's punishment. It could be to research the punishment in light of a possible court of arbitration appeal, or just a deliberate time wasting measure to ensure no appeal can happen before the season.
