From everything I've read it's a 365 day ban from the NFL. Which is why the longer they wait the more it hurts him. However, I don't believe they are going to enforce the full year ban..... If they were they would have announced it already.

Yeah it's 365 days. They will really be screwing with the browns if they give him a full year this late.
