If they did get up in arms over this, it would be just another time when they refused to look at factual statistics because as we all know statistics are racist.

Black folks in Ferguson are learning a hard lesson on what happens when you don't vote, and even worse, don't register to vote. A couple of days ago, Al Sharpton blasted the Black folks in Ferguson for their low (6%) turnout in the 2013 municipal elections.

I thought a Grand Jury was a minimum of 16 people

St. Louis county demographics according to Wikipedia - 70.3% white, 23.3% black, 3.5% Asian, rest other.
So if my 2nd grade math is correct, it's proportional, very slightly in favor of blacks.
