Exactly.
First why is there even a list of banned phrases?
Second, if your class is being disruptive, I would think that you can handle that with out a white board. I mean, the teacher will be drained trying to tackle the issue one phrase at a time!

In my experience, these things happen as a result of an annoying but loud parent.
