re: OT Parents: Kids with bad grades

I was in gifted classes since elementary school. Got a few D's in middle school. I just didn't care, was lazy, and didn't realize how much my education at that time affected my future. I was smart enough to make up for it, but now realize that if you want to make something great out of yourself, it starts way back then. No waiting until tomorrow. That mentality is what separates standout people from us regular folks.
