Damn, that would be really tough to choose. I can rewatch any of them without getting bored of the show. Rewatched Bad Wolf today, still amazing. Return of The Master as well, both times. All of the Matt Smith story arch's were amazing and masterful in almost every way.

It's actually funny because I never though anybody could beat out Tennant so I didn't even watch the Smith reincarnation till about a year after it aired. Nothing against Eccelston either. His portrayal of The Doctor is what got me hooked on the show.
