So he should have let the banks make all the money on the crash while he absorbs the loses? The bank made a bad investment, that's on them. Promises are broken constantly in the business world, he broke no laws.

Doesn't make him less of a POS. shouldn't live out of his means. That's a main cause of what contributed to fricking us in the arse(among other things.)
