He'll be indicted. They will do whatever it takes to make sure he is.
The charges could then be dropped later or an innocent verdict, he'll never be found guilty though.
The indictment will be all about politics.

I watched a fair amount of coverage last night on this topic from CNN, MSNBC and Fox.
The protestors keep saying they want justice, but I have yet to see that term defined relative to this particular situation.
Is justice a conviction for murder? Is it the death penalty? What will appease the masses?

Don't see how he's indicted based upon what's out there now. We'll see if anything more is revealed.

Do the witnesses for "shooting him in the back" have to show up and testify under oath? or does the prosecutor just get to allege that so-called 'fact.'
What is the specific law that the DA says he is charged with violating?
The more I think about this, the more optimistic I get that there MAY not be an indictment.
I doubt there will be any witnesses willing to perjure themselves.
And without that as 'evidence' what does the DA have to present? Six shots? - that is in line with police protocol. Can't indict for following standard procedures.
Seems like the officer's statement would HAVE to be presented - or does it?
I still fear a complete railroad with a trial set for election time to stir up that black base once more for an all out push to elect DEMs everywhere. But I am not familiar with the specific details of a grand jury process.
probably be a 'ham sandwich' indictment.
