I specifically point the kid out because he has blood on his hands!!!

If he steps up and tells the truth then none of this happens but he won't. He is a fricking liar.

If this is true...they should have made pics public the same time that they released the surveillance video. It would have took most of the wind out of the whole thing.

But of course, once this protocol is established...it means they have to release info that might incriminate their own, in other circumstances. The 'sword of truth'...is "two-edged"; can both destroy/imprison or bring freedom.

They don't want to poision the jury pool if this thing goes to trial by releasing evidence. I think releasing the video of the robbery was the right desision. The robbery is a second issue but it shows Browns mindset.

Only a social path or someone on drugs would so blatantly steal then attack the a store clerk. It's a flagrant picture of his lack of respect for law or authority.

When this is said and done your going to see how a bunch of idiots hijacked a community. Travon Martin case was way more suspect than this incident. Zimmerman was a rogue want to be cop, playing sheriff at night with no credentials. This was broad daylight with a robbery that was committed by Brown minutes before.

So, T...Brown's mindset is pertinent and legal for release...but the Wilson's ain't?

It just seems to me that this is why we have Judges interpreting/applying the Law...instead of a computer. There are special times when the public good and the letter of the law must be discretionary. Pics of the Officer being beat with life-threatening injury would have changed the whole dynamic.

Has the Jay Nixon (Missouri Governor in case you don't know) statement been mentioned yet? Where he called for a vigorous prosecution... that seems pretty damning to me.

Jay Nixon comes off as weak bitch. He is pandering to the mob so they will stop. His statement is out of place and presumes an indictment is warranted. You expect this from the sharptons and other community organizers not from a governor.

I agree... he should shut his mouth. He's done nothing but make things worse.

IF he did that, then he deserves the punishment he receives. However, I have not seen any evidence to support that narrative. Please let me know if I have missed something.

not so fast. IF, and I say if, the very large and angry man (that had already struggled with the officer and went for his gun (if the gun went off in the vehicle there will be evidence) was angrily moving towards the officer and failed to halt when ordered, then it is NOT undeniable, but rather probable that he was a threat to the officer.

Disputed.

And well the protests.

I think the evidence will be overwhelming and this never goes to trial. Sure, everyone could be accused of having a biased but the same with Trayvon Martin. What, you think the jurors didn't have an opinion or bias before trial?
