I have a feeling this officer is going to be railroaded.

To avoid an even bigger riot that would happen if he is not indicted or found guilty.

With Eric Holder heading down there whatever would give you that impression?

if by "railroaded" you mean "fired for killing an unarmed man who was raising his hands in surrender and who was no longer an immediate threat to anybody" than yes. He will be "railroaded".

Maybe maybe not, but I think his time as a police officer is at an end.

And since it looks like a justifiable shoot, that will be a damn tragedy.

This man will end up serving time in federal prison.

it will be a travesty, and all done to appease "the community" of sub human filth looters.

If convicted, the officer will need protection in jail.

If not convicted, the officer will need protection in the community.

You have seen no official evidence to indicate guilt by either party so shut the frick up.

His friends say he became a police officer because he had a rough upbringing and wanted to do it as compensatory growth. Yes, a damn tragedy. Shame on anybody who automatically assumed he killed a person just because he's white.

An unarmed man was shot and killed from a distance at which it's undeniable that he posed no threat to the officer who fired the fatal shots. That's clearly grounds for termination - and probably criminal charges.

These are facts - I invite you to dispute any of them.

You should have stopped after your first sentence , everything after it is false

What about the reports of the guy punching the cop in the face so hard he broke his eye socket and then fighting the cop for his gun. Then running at him full speed to do god knows what.

I hope this eye witness got his report to the police having seen everything in such detail. Hopefully this guy goes quietly into the night and gets hired on at another police force in a more homogenous community if you smell what I'm cooking.

Well I haven't seen any news for the past 24 hours and am posting from the airport. If this is correct than it's different from anything I've heard before and I'll retract it.

You are stupid.

And I doubt anyone here will dispute that fact.

Ouch, the inevitable backtrack when common sense and the facts come out. You were after CNN but still before Obama and Holder. Although I don't expect them to ever publicly backtrack.

This board seems to think that everything is going to incite a riot.
