All I know about Firestone is that I took my truck to one when the engine light was on.. They diagnosed the problem and gave me a quote.
It wasn't an immediate problem so I took it somewhere else to get fixed. Got it done for about a 10th of their estimate.

Same thing happened to me. Took my truck to Firestone because it is 2 blocks from my office, quote was $2500. Took it to Allied which is closer to my house, quote was $850 for the exact same work. frick Firestone.
