Amazing, if true...for a number of reasons, including the fact that if committed as a juvenile and not convicted, it is illegal to release this information, I believe.

this is only the beginning!!!!!

Al Sharpton owes the police department an apology for his BS rush to judgement / civil rights drivel.

and I am not joking.

Hatred is brewing in my heart towards this man who is the greatest divider of humanity in my lifetime.

He stirs dissension...without facts..never once has he preached the gospel though he calls himself a "Reverend". How ridiculous!

Black people should hang him for the destruction he has caused to black people.. I guarantee MLK would have discowned this brother

Wouldn't really surprise me at this point.

If it is true, expect a massive DOJ investigation of whoever leaked this to the media considering that juvie files are supposed to be sealed. The DOJ was already pissed that the Ferguson PD released the robbery tape and this sheds further light on the kind of person Brown was.

Wasn't that Chuck Johnson guy somehow involved in the McDaniel challenge in Mississippi? Claimed he had definitive proof that there was voter fraud he would release?

If this was true, wouldn't folks in the community know about it, and wouldn't the murder victims family already have run to the press with it?

Not relevant.

Robbery - relevant not because of why encounter was initiated, but as possible explanation for Brown's actions/reactions to police.

Pot in system - only relevance is if there was enough in Brown's system to make him paranoid, thus heightening his reaction to the police encounter (and, the whole "pot makes the user mellow" argument is shot to shite by the store video).

Again... we are being fed bits and pieces of information by BOTH sides. Conclusions should wait until all the FACTS are known.

None of this stuff is relevant in a court of law.

You can't impugne character or previous crimes to make him now guilty.

Seems like a lot of people are condoning potential murder because of character.

We don't know what happened in this particular instance. But saying he was a bad guy...means nothing.

Officer could be a bad guy too...in this particular instance...and the bad guy could have been surrendering.

None of his previous shite matters legally. It's like blaming a rape victim because she was a slut.

Pretty irresponsible to tweet that without first confirming.
