Ehh depends on what the bullet hit behind the eye. The eye, in and of itself, is not going ti kill you necessarily.

two shots fired in succession
1) first hits his eye (and exits through jaw and into collar bone)
2) head going down from the "eye" shot and hits him in the top of the head?
a cop unloading his weapon on a charging 6'-4", 290 pound man
