This is one of the easier nightfalls I can remember. Devils Lair strike is easy. You could solo this one and only have to worry about the one area where you deploy your ghost abd fight the 3 waves. The snipers and invisible vandals are a pain. It's void modifier so make sure to use those weapons.
And yes the level 28 dailys/strikes/etc all have a higher chance of dropping exotics and legendary. Plus you are guaranteed shards/energy.

I wasn't talking about the daily. I was talking about the bounties you get to go kill Draksis for instance on heroic. Does doing it on say level 14 heroic differ from level 28 in terms of drops? I've done a few on level 24 and really didn't seem like the extra time (due to increased difficulty) provided substantial rewards, so I just went back to the first heroic difficulty when doing them.
That was a while back though and wondering if it has changed or I just had crappy luck with drops.
