It always baffles me when people come here for advice when the answer usually requires just a simple, respectful conversation between two people... Now if that didn't work, I could see you asking for help here, but honestly most of the problems people post here could be solved with a simple conversation.. Do people not know how to communicate anymore?!?

I don't expect him to have a respectful conversation since he is disrespecting me and my fence or he is either oblivious to the situation.
