Never? Sure there will still be corruption and problems, but I wouldn't say it would have zero effect. I think if the video was recorded to a secure server not under cop control you could circumvent some of those issues. Also if a cop turns off his camera then kills someone there would be an indication of foul play.

Dude,

The friggin IRS "lost" incriminating emails.

Fricking Emails!!

If our "leaders" are able to do away with something as "intangible" as emails on multiple servers, I have no doubts whatsoever a video that is not backed up can disappear.
