I'm not sure now, but wasn't North Carolina also short 5-10 players a couple years ago when we played them, and ended up making it way closer than it should've been?

Yes. They were pretty much playing the cheerleaders.

I think that they had severaal good players suspended for that game.

Good point. We could be up 21-0 at half then miles will take the breaks off and we will have ourselves a tight 4th

You're definitely not saying what you think you're saying there. It made my head hurt.

Hardly. I tend to be a little too optimistic. But however many Wisc. players are injured, or however much they've changed their offense away from the power run (which I think may be a mistake), I wouldn't take it for granted that we should roll them... but I hope we do.

... and for whatever reason, we don't often blow these type teams out as often as we are expected to.

'Injuries building up for Wisconsin'

Does the week leading up to the 2013 LSU Ole Miss game sound familiar now?

Lol, like Ole Miss was injured last year? And Tennessee came to BR with like 65 scholarship players in '10?

I forgot about that one too. Cant wait for UW to have 15 guys injured and the game come down to the final drive.

It's obvious the coaches are trying to prepare them (UW) for an elite SEC team and they just can't handle it.

It seems like a good team should be able to beat down an injured team. Not much confidence from our fan base.
How do we fix this issue

What does that have to do with Mett locking on to one WR, and throwing into double coverage in consecutive passes? What does that have to do with our bad defensive play? What does a game 8 weeks in without a break (one of the top 10 longest by any FBS team) have to do with a game one opponent?

Seems like people don't get the difference. After we were up 30-10 going into the fourth, we should have been up 37-10, but a ref bullshitted us out of a TD. Then Miles decided to play a ton of freshman on defense because he thought the game was over. We played 15+ true freshman and redshirt freshman in that game.

Remember that time when North Carolina had their whole team suspended for the opener, and it took a goal line stand, and their future NFL TE dropping pass in the end zone, to beat them?

how are we going to make a statement with shaky QB play and 2 green DTs against a power running team (not to mention who's behind them...)?

And you know that our QB play will be shaky how??

Who is behind them as in DT depth or behind them as in one of the better and deeper set of linebackers we have had in recent memory?
