Good times. 18 years ago, bout time your boy was born , got Josey and his cousin Thomas Magnum set up at LSU in brand new Commons complex on Burbank. In 2 years he earned 99 hrs in partying and a couple of college credits. Came home after that and improved the ratio to 3/1'partying- school and got building construction degree from ULM with his buddy 4LSU2.

99 hrs of partying and a couple of credits.....sounds about right but he definitely made an improvement in the ratio!
He is looking forward to it and we have family in your neck of the woods where he can retreat to if needed so should be good. He is going to be in pre-vet so hopefully to party ratio is a pretty good one!

My freshmen year my party to credit ratio was almost 0party and almost 40 credit hors
And slowly faded into a high party and steady credit hours. Never made a C in college though

My daughter is a vet and it is a bitch to get in. Even with a 3.9, she had to sit out a year before getting in LSU vet school.
Tell him to put some time in at a local vet. They are looking at that now per my daughter.

He wanted to quit jr. year. Said making $11/ hr working when not in class so why go to school. When I asked him how far he thought that would go when not splitting rent house with 2 friends , when had to buy his own truck , when dad not paying auto and health ins. , cell ph. bill , etc. he got on back to school and finished .
