frick, I dont feel safe pumping gas at 7am in some places.

You guys have to be more confident in public, ESPECIALLY in the rough neighborhoods.

I'm a white man in a suit and I sometimes have to drive to corners of the ghetto any normal person would avoid. If you have the right look, the wrong men will avoid you.

Oh, and it helps to look like you've killed people before.

Is there a t-shirt or something one can buy to convey this look to ruffians?

LOL!

This has also been true in my experience. Kind of have to act like you belong there. I used to make my motions over zealous as if I were in an angry state of mind. Like walking from my car door to the pump mumbling and nodding my head. Looking a bit crazy. If I noticed someone watching me I would just stare at them with eyes furrowed until they looked away.

If you look like a confident person and always keep change or a few ones in your pocket you're ok. It's an unwritten rule that you don't get robbed or beaten of you just give them something. I keep a pack of cigarettes and some loose ones in my visor. Put them in my pocket when I pump gas. I have alot of people's God's blessing me
