My in-laws gave us their 5th wheel earlier this year. We have it parked at a campground at the marsh in Miss. It is a 25' Prowler that is 10+ years old.
The only thing we don't like about it is the bathroom. It is very small. The bathtub is so tiny and the water heater is very small so the hot water runs out quickly.
We don't cook in the kitchen, so I can't complain about how small it is.
We just make coffee and toast and that's about it.

Three solutions:
1) Take "Navy Showers." That is, turn the water on just long enough to wet down your body and turn it back off. Then soap up, shampoo, whatever. Then turn the water back on just long enough to rinse off.
2) Install a 10gal water heater. This only alleviates the issue somewhat, though, so #1 may still be applicable.
3) Install an "instant" aka "tankless" water heater (like this: LINK ). I had a lot of customers that went this route.
