Greece doesn't like Americans.
I think Venezuela also really hates us.

I think they hate us more than the Jews, and as far as I'm concerned, we should cease trade with them. They're like the Freys and suck completely. If Obama had any balls after they harbored Bin Laden, he would ceased trade with them for harboring our number 1 enemy.
In Beijing, when the Pakistanis walked into a bar, there was immediate hostility between us and them. You really learn to hate them after dealing with their bullshite for a while.

Not in my experience but it's been a while.
The only anti-American sentiment I've come across was in Belgium, France, Germany, Netherlands. Some Europeans can be true condescending snots when they put their minds to it but fortunately it really is a small minority.
