Just curious if this is actualky a thing. when my girl got preg i cut out liquor drinks almost altogether so far and beer to really. just so she wouldn't be tempted really

I dropped down from maybe 210 to about 180 now. liked it at first then felt kinda scrawny and my jeans don't really fit right. now been pounding groceries like a competitive eater and cant gain a damn pound .feel like I could eat birthday cakes and yoohoos all day

Talk to me OT nutrition freaks

I lost a lot of weight and got really lean. It has been tough adding mass back on.

I'm just slightly a few pounds underweight. It's a pain the arse trying out eat this wildfire I have for a metabolism but keeping the right mix of working out enough. I could literally eat a whole pizza and my stomach would be flat as hell 2-3 hours later.

Still, this is way better than being overweight. Without question.

I can teach you how to gain weight.

Drink Budweiser. Lots of Budweiser. 6 a night on weekdays and as many as you can hold on weekends.

I can personally attest to this putting on colossal amounts of weight very fast.

I could lose 20 lbs in a few weeks and gain them back in less time.

I'm currently 6'3 200 lb.

I'm what some would consider an alcoholic. I've drank anywhere from 4-40 beers everyday for about 7-8 years. I recently quit drinking during the week and dropped 30lbs with a quickness. I'm about to start coke again to take care of the other 25 lbs I need to drop, then I'll be in tip top shape

Be prepared for baby to possibly have to stay in the NICU for a ill bit after he/she is born.

Will just depend on how bad baby's withdrawal symptoms are.
