I can't wait for our team to constantly pop up in big name free agency. It's imminent. It adds even more value to this season and the next. KD to pels sounds incredibly stupid but if AD can have a MVP caliber season in the next 2 years and we make noise in the playoffs... You never know. He doesn't mind playing in a small market. He's obviously close to AD. AD is definitely on the path to becoming one of those players guys WANT to play with. Even better, he doesn't need the ball in his hands to make plays. That's huge when recruiting big name players. They can look at Duncan and his success with guys like Manu and Tony as a blueprint.
Eta: I can't believe I'm typing this but Monty being a USA assistant can definitely be a massive plus in recruiting these guys.

AD is only a million times more likely to leave than the Pels getting a KD caliber player.
