Exactly how effective are robo-calls?
Do they actually sway anybody to the candidate?
What is the no answer and/or hang up percentages?

I don't answer any number that I don't recognize.

I think they're just to keep the candidate in mind. It also lets you know that they're out there campaigning. Plus if you go to vote and have no clue about policies, you'll vote for the name you recognize.

Probably about .3% of the vote, but robo calls are so cheap they are considered effective.
