How to cook almaco jack

Okay guys, since the elusive almaco jack is so high on everyone's list, I've come asking how I should cook it. I've got a few fillets frozen in a vacuum bag. Lately I've been baking my fish topped with breadcrumbs/butter/garlic mixture, but i don't want to use an inferior recipe for my one shot at an almaco.

Grill it and make tacos. Top with mango salsa.


Jab had a bad arse recipe. If chicken would unban him maybe he could post it.
