We just seared some tonight with salt & pepper in a little olive oil. I could eat it plain like that, but my husband likes a little sauce so I made some like this:

Sauté minced garlic and fresh ginger in some olive oil for a minute, Add some orange juice, soy sauce, and honey and simmer until slightly reduced and thick (almost like syrup). Add some chopped green onions.

Salt, pepper, garlic powder, cumin, lime juice- maybe some fresh jalapeño in there for spice

Marinade and sear- serve with guac and fresh pico.

Or same marinade, but serve with a creamy slaw in a soft taco shell. I made some slaw with sour cream, chili powder, salt, and maybe a pinch of sugar

Whatever is left over give to the dog. They love tuna.
