Lamendola's and oak grove smoke house will cut your meat and slice your sausage for you if you call them a day or two ahead, both also have cut onions in 5 pound bags....makes big pots so much easier

Is this the same place that makes the jambalaya mix? Their website doesn't mention any smokehouse operation.
