10 episodes
Soderbergh directed them all
Was filmed in 73 days
From concept to final shoot was 120 days

Was filmed completely out of sequence so all scenes in one location were filmed at one time and then edited into their slots in the storyline

Soderbergh has signed on for ten more episodes for season two

HBO had it first in development on one script but passed it to Cinemax because Soderbergh said he wanted to green light 9 more scripts and start filming. HBO said that was too fast for them and pushed it to Skinemax.

Greenwald said it is the best cinematography on TV due to soderbergh's brilliance

Soderbergh was in movie retirement and read the treatment first and then took it because he said whomever reads this next will definitely make it
