I saw someone here in Chicago bitching about police corruption, citing that cops patrol and arrest more people on the south side than in wealthy neighborhoods like Lincoln Park. You don't say?

And I'd rather live in either of those two states than any of the other 48 (except maybe northwest Florida and Hawaii).
