Do you believe that the government of the United States would ever admit if they couldn't handle a crisis? Think Katrina was bad? This would be EPIC!Already the BBC is reporting that the outbreak is worse than being reported and that the Sierra Leone government is trying to downplay the extent to which the country has been attacked.

Have you even read the informed posts in the thread you started? Ebola has killed 1600 people in 40 years. I'll let you figure out where that ranks out among infectious diseases. Most of those affected have been close relatives/caretakers of family members with the disease, medical professionals, and mortuary staff. You have to come into contact with bodily fluid. It's not contagious during incubation. And there has never been a serious outbreak in an African city--frickin Africa in the 1970s was able to contain it.
