I drink about 3 days/nights a week. Sometimes 2, sometimes 4. My main days to drink are Thurs-Sun. I try to not drink Mon - Wed, except for a special occasion like a concert, then I may have a couple.
ETA: My last drink this week was last call Saturday night and I probably won't have the next one until I get to camp near Keystone Friday afternoon for bluegrass and beer festival.

I'm 2-4 nights a week. Usually Wednesday, Friday and Saturday nights. Thursday is not uncommon and every once in a while a Tuesday may be in order (although I would almost always drop one of the other nights in that case).
A few scotches, or beers, which doesn't seem like much. Maybe once a month I'll push it and get pretty loaded, but rarely shitty-destroyed the next day wasted.
