I am fully aware of my degenerative habits. In another life, I'm an alcoholic coke head. I avoid them regularly now.
I did Coke once. I liked it too much. I'll never let myself do it again.
I will down a bottle of scotch in a night for consecutive nights, no problem. I don't drink scotch or whiskey any more.
I'll take Ambien during the day just to even out. Then drink alcohol for the buzz. I won't refill my script now because of it.
I went through a bad period of gambling. I lost enough money to where I could see it getting worse. I won't even buy a scratch off now.
Basically, I can't do anything in moderation. Recognize your weaknesses early in life and it will save you a lot of pain in the future.

Remember I have cameras and I check them regularly.
I found a deposit the other day but it was too small to be the beast. So small it's still there. I'll let the yard guys pick it up tomorrow.

Not anymore. Was 7 days a week for about 3-4 years and since January I have cut back to only drinking on Fridays and Saturdays

Sure. I don't think a pint of vodka and 6 beers every single weekday and more on the weekends was very healthy
