Zach Lee wasn't even a huge prized recruit. He was just a QB we signed during a terrible period for us with QBs.

I think if he is in shape (which he should be) and has the chest and the skills, that he should give it a shot (hopefully with LSU).

Must be some kind of genius

Must have one of those bad cases of "lack-o-chest"

Maybe he should consider it. Most Dodger fans don't think he will ever be a big league starting pitcher.

Seems passing on that chance to be an LSU quarterback might have been a wise decision for right-hander Zach Lee. On Friday the Dodgers named Lee as their Minor League Pitcher of the Year.
For realz?

He was one of the best, if not the best, QB prospects in the country. The only factor holding him back was everyone knowing he would never play college football.

Calling him a former LSU QB is the same as calling Bryce Harper a former potential baseball recruit. Neither of those guys were ever going to put on an LSU jersey.

Yeah, I could have sworn he was a 5* on at least one recruiting site

Lee would have stayed had L.A. not thrown 5 million at him.

Show me where he was a 5 star. I remember saying he was rated about the same as Flynn and J Lee.

Rivals: 4 star, #9 QB, #217 overall.

You clearly have no idea what you're talking about.
He was very, very close to being a Tiger for 4/3 years.
He practiced with the football team a lot and it was said he needed an astronomically huge contract for him to go pro. Turns out that's exactly what he received.
