i really like this neighborhood. there are a lot of new subdivisions popping up around there too. Crystal Cove, Ella Trace, The reserve (on tolson) and walker's village are some other ones to consider
there haven't been any houses built in the reserve but once they start it is going to fill up very quick.

Thats where im building...I like the lot size in there. Its actually youngsville...Ella trace across the street is Broussard...and walkers lake catercorner from it is Lafayette.
