Would anyone else here like to see the tigers in purple at Reliant?

I don't remember the last time they opened the season in purple jerseys, if ever. Would be a nice change to see especially in a nationally broadcasted game.

Yes. it's getting to the point that we almost look like we're ashamed or embarrassed of the purple. I know that's not the case but could be inferred by other fan bases. So yes I wish we did it every home game cuz purple looks sick at night, jus sayin

The contract actually stipulates that we will be in White for both games

I like the white better than the purple, but i'd like to see the purple worn more often.
kicking off the season in purple on the road.. 2007 team did it and that season went pretty well.

I like the purple jerseys, but I think the white jerseys are considered part of the "brand" which is mentioned often with these showcase neutral site games.

USC-UCLA does that now. Don't see why we couldn't.
I also get tired of the white for 11 out of the 13 games. We should wear the purple for EVERY non conf. game & also for 1 SEC game every year. Heck, break out gold jerseys or all white for 1 game a year. That still leaves over 1/2 the games in traditional white.
