It is my understanding that all frames come from brazil dating back to the inception of the company in the 70s. If youre talking about something before then not only is it not a relevant comparison but it was a different company altogether.

Forgings come from Brazil and are used to finish the nicest models, while other models are made entirely in Brazil.
Its relevant to any conversation if you are to compare an American made firearm to something that is not.
