this is true. Seems like a good kid though. Will most likely be improved this season as well. But idk about him ever being an elite DB. Nothing wrong with that either. The elite ones are elite for a reason. He could be a good CB though.

Hopefully his NFL career is like his college career. Terrible his first season. pretty good his 2nd year, and then take that next step to elite status the following season. He's got the right coach to help his game that's for sure.

Him having to be the Revis replacement this past season definitely didn't help him.

El oh fricking el.

I should have probably said the last two weeks of the regular season. He broke up some insane number of passes, had a few INTs, and was just great all around. He was arse before that.

What a murderers row of passing offenses. That guy must be an all star to shut those guys down

He did a good job on Josh Gordon and I believe it was Hartline from Miami in his other game over that two game stretch.

6 catches, 97 yards. Not terrible against him, but not even close to an argument for best corner like you said

"Bro Kyle Arrington got an interception last week....for that one play he had a pretty good argument for best corner in the league!!!"

Holding a receiver to 6 for 97 is not doing a good job.

Nothing wrong with being confident when asked that question. Kick some arse, Dee.

I'm laughing in my head thinking about certain running backs saying they're the best in the league.

And there is also no problem with ridiculing him for making a statement that is so very far from the truth.

It's an idiotic answer. The guy was a disappointment as a rookie. Most of us would pile on if Morris Claiborne said the same thing.

This.

I mean seriously, if Mo had said some shite like this at the end of 2012 I would have . Hell, I wouldn't even have considered Patrick Petetson as the best corner after his rookie year.

Giving props to guys who have played consistently well (ie for more than a month) doesn't make you play worse. It makes you grounded and gives you something to work towards.

If Millner thinks he's the best, what exactly does he have to work harder for?

he's gonna be a good one, but he's not the best in the NFL...

PP7 could say that now and I wouldn't laugh at him. I wouldn't agree with him yet, but he has a case for it.

Same here, and Revis has been a fricking monster.

Thompkins got the best of him the other day. Lots of people talking that Thompkins has been dominant this camp. The same stuff heard as last year but maybe he'll break through this year.
