Stupid people should learn how to hold a phone. It's not that hard.
ETA: I'm not bashing the iPhone I have a 5s I just found this response very funny and it sums up what a lot of people say about iPhone problems.

Nah... Sometimes it's just a bad product... These things are mass produced and some are defected... I have two Mac laptops and my wife and I both own 5s iPhones... We've always used Mac products... When we first bought our Macs I had to return one of them because it wasn't working properly... Also had to do the same with my iPhone 3GS way back when... Costumer service was always helpful and replaced our products promptly...
